Membership
With over 100 members across Alberta, membership provides an opportunity to network as well as boasting privileges such as the Annual General Meeting. Members are expected to adhere to the Code of Ethics, which strives to maintain a professional standard of conduct in the dance community.
Membership Requirements
Full Member Voting
Membership is available to all dance teachers 18 years or older, with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience. Full members have voting privileges and are requested to serve on a committee within a 2 year period.
Associate Member Non-Voting
This category is open to dancers, dance teachers or assistants who are a minimum of 16 years of age. Associate members receive all discounts and privileges except from voting at meetings.
