WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR 46TH ANNIVERSARY !! ADEA is very excited to be bringing back our fun filled, non competitive, team building ADEA event DANCE SPECTACULAR! 

At this time we are extending this invitation to all members in good standing to contribute a piece of choreography. Please limit to 2 per studio. The showcase will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the Francis Winspear Centre in Edmonton. 

Dance Spectacular is an event hosted by the Alberta Dance Educators Association to bring together dancers, teachers, choreographers and parents from across Alberta to enjoy and participate in a non-competitive environment. Our hope is to not only educate dancers and the public about the Association and its importance to the dance industry in Alberta, but to also bring together the Dance Arts Industry and celebrate the joy that dance brings to many!  

The funds raised from this event will be used as dance and/or performing arts scholarships for deserving students. Students must submit a Scholarship Application . They will need to outline the reasons for their application and will also have to provide verification of acceptance into an accredited summer dance program or post-secondary education program. Members will be notified when scholarship applications are available.

  • Ticket sales start December 2, 2024  and to get the best seats for your team we recommend you get your ticket requests in as soon as possible! Once you have confirmed your participation we ask that you find out how many tickets your team will require and fill in this Ticket Request Form
